My new trio ORGANIK features Pete Whittaker Organ and Gary Hammond Congas, percussion. A handful of gigs and we decided to record an album. It’s guitar led so ‘channels’ my love of players like Grant Green, Emily Remler, Pat Martino, Kenny Burrell, Pat Metheny… so definitely classic jazz guitar/organ but rather playful and a little bit different with percussion instead of drums. It was a fabulous album to record and happy to say it will be released on Blow the Fuse Records on 10 July 2026.
