I am the author or co author of eight books on music and guitar playing. These include the Rock School books which accompanied the BBC TV series in the 1980’s and which can now only be found on ebay and secondhand bookshops.

I am Head of Guitar syllabus development for Rockschool Graded Exams which reaches tens of thousands of musicians in 20 countries around the world.

I recently completed the Interactive Guitar Bible for Backbeat  and a book aimed at guitar playing teenage girls for Music Sales in the United States.
