Just taking a breath after a lovely month of touring and gigs.
Had a great Feldenkrais session from Hilary Wills the morning after the Appledore gig.

Hilary and Adrian have been putting up all the jazz groups who play at the Beaver Inn for years.
An A – Z of British jazz have stayed at their house and Feldenkrais is brilliant for, well I was going to say musicians but actually who doesn’t suffer from poor posture?

Probably my favourite place in England. Stayed with the artist Eric Pentecost and Sally who keeps the operating theatre in Truro Hospital on its toes! Great great great… hurrah for life and music!
